Mixed
 Noble-Mushrooms
A mixture of cut King Bolets (Cèpes), medium Chanterelles and extra tiny Morels (latin name: morchella conica). Their special taste and outstanding flavour are inspiring!
King Bolets (Cèpes) The "KING" of the wild forest mushrooms is also the "KING" of flavour and taste! These extra-choice, cut mushrooms are treated with respect and care. Available in tiny whole buttons or sliced ("Bavarian style"). (latin: boletus edulis)
Chanterelles Beautiful wild forest mushrooms with a light yellow colour loved by gourmets arround the world. After immediate cleaning and hand-picked sorting, they are packed in tins or jars. Available in extra-tiny and medium sized. (latin: cantharellus cibarius)
Nameko Mushrooms Fine and spicy mushrooms. A Speciality of Chinese cuisine. These small, orange coloured mushrooms present themselves wonderfully in speciality platters and dishes. (latin: pholiota nameko)
Marone Mushrooms Outstanding wild forest mushrooms with excellent flavour and taste. For the discriminating plate! (latin: xerocomus badius)
Straw Mushrooms Small, appetizing mushrooms from the Far East. An excellent addition to vegetable salads. (latin: volvariella volvacea)
Oyster Mushrooms Known in Germany as "veal-mushroom" because of their lightly coloured solid meat and delicate taste. Containing valueable protein, rich in vitamin B and low in calories. (latin: pleurotus ostreatus)
Mixed Mushrooms

Savoury mushrooms from the Bavarian and European forest areas. Carefully processed just after harvesting for optimum flavour. A preferred and economy-priced mushroom mixture!
Cultivated  Mixed Mushrooms Nameko Mushrooms, Oyster Mushrooms, Straw Mushrooms and Champignons - a great looking, flavourful mixture.

These cultivated mushrooms are extremly popular due to their appealing look and taste. High quality champignons - whole mushrooms, whole mushrooms "extra tiny" or sliced to a thickness of 5 mm. Also deliverable in big tins for catering and gastronomy. (latin: agaricus bisporus)
Blueberry Compote Sweet and aromatic wild forest blueberries. Whole berries in sugared water. Packed in jars. (latin: vaccinium myrtillus)
Blueberry Jam
  "extra Quality"
The proportion of berries is outstanding high. Produced with less sugar which means low calorie, too. A lickerish spread and for sweets.
Lingonberries

Made according to a traditional "home-style" recipe. Forest Lingonberries are an unsurpassed speciality of our firm. Heated carefully with pure beet sugar and no additives of any kind (e.g. gelatine, pectin). We never mix in cultivated cranberries. Packed in pails (1 to 12 kg), tins or jars. (latin: vaccinitum vitis-idaea)
Lingonberry Jam Low calorie jam with pectin. An ideal addition for desserts and meat dishes.
Lingonberry Compote Whole berries in sugared water with a wild, slightly tart flavour for desserts.

The Bavarian Chef Claus Götzl from the hotel "Steinwaldhaus" in Pfaben near Erbendorf recommends the Mushroom Pan "Steinwald". Also very popular is the Hunter Pan.
